from the FINESSE Enterprise software, this individual will help support you as the software is incorporated throughout
your organization. The main focus here is to ensure that your company has a personal contact
that is responsible to your organization and to Enhanced Systems & Services to ensure success.
Consulting:
Through your personal representative, our consultants and support staff work directly with
your organization and team members. Our company understands the need to keep things moving
and on track. As well, after years of working with our customers, we fully understand the
need to have a single point of contact to ensure that contract and support work is being
performed correctly and on time.
Implementation:
It is said that the hardest part of any software implementation is the customer's
understanding of what needs to be performed so that the organization can be fully committed
to the work ahead. At Enhanced Systems & Services, we understand the knowledge required to
install sophisticated enterprise software into dynamic organizations. As in all areas of our
services and products, your organization will be trained on the implementation process and
what to anticipate. In addition, our company does not farm out installations to third party
companies. We support each project through our organization and acquire the resources to
ensure a successful implementation. In short, we manage and qualify the work with your
company reducing higher risks of third party consultants and external implementation teams.
